  • Individual therapy is an invitation to meet yourself with curiosity and care. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations while tending to the cultural, systemic, and spiritual influences that shape how you move through the world. This is a space where all parts of you are not just welcome, but witnessed and honored.

    $150 per 50-minute session

  • Relationships don’t have to feel like an ongoing tug-of-war. Moving from relational distress to deeper connection isn’t just possible, it’s something we can nurture together. I work with partners of all genders and relationship structures to cultivate dynamics that feel more attuned, accountable, and sustainable. Our work will go beyond surface-level solutions. Instead, we’ll listen to the rhythms of your relationship, noticing the stories, assumptions, and patterns impacting your connection. Together, we’ll meet your current reality with care and create a space where clarity and growth can unfold.

    I work with both poly and monogamous relationship structures.

    $170 per 50-minute session
